DP Continental booking conditions

A refundable breakage and cleaning deposit of £500 / 500€ and £125 / 125€ must be paid on arrival – see booking conditions overleaf no°6. Reservations are from 16h00 on the day of arrival to 10h00 on the day of departure.

  1. Bookings are accepted subject to availability of the selected mobile home. If circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel or to alter your booking, we will notify you of this immediately and limit our refund to any monies paid.
  2. Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit of 25% of the total hire cost, we will confirm your booking in writing. Any alterations to party size, party member details must be confirmed in writing and agreed by DP Continental. Sterling bookings can be paid for with a sterling bank transfer. Euro bookings can be paid by euro cheque or by bank transfer (all charges to be paid for by client). Bank details will be forwarded on demand. If you’re paying by a credit card payment link please add an additional  3% extra due to international bank charges.
  3. The balance due (75% of the hire cost of the mobile home) must be paid to DP Continental no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Failure to send the balance before this date will mean the automatic cancellation of the booking and consequent loss of deposit.
  4. Cancellation of bookings must be confirmed in writing. The receipt of a cancellation in writing up to 6 WEEKS before arrival date will incur the loss of the deposit only. If the cancellation is received, less than SIX WEEKS before the arrival date then all monies paid will be retained by DP Continental. Holiday insurance is highly recommended at the time of booking. 
  5. DP Continental accept no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses caused by accident, sickness, strikes, stoppages, transport problems, weather, fire, flood, theft, of any other events beyond our control. We accept no liability or responsibility for loss or damage to the personal effects of clients who must take out their own insurance to cover such loss.
  6. The clients will be responsible for any loss, avoidable damage or breakages that occur to the mobile home during their period of occupation. The clients undertake to leave the mobile in a clean condition and make good any loss or damage. You are required to pay a £500/500€ breakages and 125€ cleaning deposit which will be returned to you on your departure assuming that the mobile home has been left in a clean and tidy condition and that any breakages or damage have been made good. Inspections are made during our reception times Sunday to Friday and from 08h00 – 10h00 Saturday morning. If you leave outside of these hours, the inspection will take place in your absence and any cleaning required or damages will be at your cost.
  7. Clients may check into the mobile home after 16h00 on the scheduled day of arrival and must vacate the mobile home by 10h00 on the day of departure.
  8. The clients undertake to observe and abide by the campsite regulations. DP Continental cannot be held responsible for any action taken by the campsite proprietor for contravention of the site rules. Should any such non-compliance result in the eviction of the client by the campsite the evicted client shall not be entitled to the refund of any monies paid to DP Continental.
  9. Our prices are guaranteed against currency fluctuations and no surcharges or refunds will be imposed in the unlikely event of an introduction by the government of a tax on foreign holidays, we reserve the right to pass this charge on to you.
  10. On arrival at the campsite you will be required to pay a local tourist tax, to the couriers, which at the time of printing is 0,86€ per day per person age 18 +. This is subject to change by the local council.
  11. All information is published in good faith and DP Continental accept no liability for any errors or omissions.
  12. Dogs are not accepted in all the mobile homes. If the hirer wishes to bring a dog, he must notify us when making the reservation and it must be agreed in writing. There may be a campsite supplement, payable on arrival.
